Scotland

Scotland is home to some of the largest tracts of wilderness in Western Europe. The Western Highlands are one of Scotland’s most popular areas for nature and open air travellers. It’s a real outdoor playground where you can hike across tundra plateaus, walk cautiously along steep ridges scattered between rocky peaks, sea kayak along seal-populated coastlines or hunt mysterious creatures that haunt the lochs. This region is also famous for its great and majestic castles that add a mysterious atmosphere to this land already famous for its little people, elves and ghosts.
